Biography:
A distinguished academic and practitioner, Dr. Kramer is the Chief of Cardiology and Director of Medicine at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, NY. He is Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Department of Medicine. Dr. Kramer received his A.B. degree with Distinction from Stanford University, and his M.D. from Harvard Medical School. He received post-graduate training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York, then was appointed a Clinical Associate in Nuclear Medicine at the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C. He completed his post-graduate cardiology training at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and School of Medicine. Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, Dr. Kramer is the author of numerous articles published in scholarly journals, including
